Shannon Schneider

Shannon graduated from Oakland University and has been in the design industry for the last 10 years. Design is her passion, but what she enjoys most is creating a space that is not only beautiful, but also functional. Shannon loves designing kitchens and truly believes that the heart is the home. Helping clients transform their dream home into a reality is the most rewarding part of her career. Outside of work, you can find her at the local hockey rink with her two boys.

Ron Allcorn

Ron Allcorn

Ron has been in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry for 44 years and designing for 32 years. For him, designing became a natural progression from working on projects and project management, to something he enjoys every day. Ron’s passion is designing lake home kitchens as he feels a connection from his life of living on the lake. There’s no doubt that designing runs deep for Ron. His wife of 42 years has been his partner in the business since opening their first showroom in 1996 and Ron’s father owned and operated a custom kitchen business for over 30 years while his sister is currently a designer in Florida.

Andrew Pyykkonen

Andrew Pyykkonen

While working at Cabinet Creations, Andrew enjoys the family atmosphere, helpful coworkers, and is eager to grow his skills in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. He loves spending time with his twin daughters, traveling and trying new foods. His favorite places to visit include Lake Tahoe, the mountains in Colorado, but hopes to one day stay at the Igloo Hotel in Finland. Andrew is inspired by Wayne Gretzky’s quote, “You always miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

Alex Shubitowski

Alex Shubitowski

After working as a carpenter at a property management company, Alex enjoys working on the variety of different styles of finish work with Cabinet Creations. He builds an ice rink in his backyard every winter and enjoys snowboarding and playing hockey with his 5-year-old daughter. Alex is a die-hard Detroit sports fan and would one day like to visit the Caribbean.

Lisa Cerilli

Lisa Cerilli

Lisa graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s in Apparel & Textile design. She offers over 15 years of experience creating the perfect living spaces for her clients. When at home she enjoys spending time with her two children and planning a visit to Italy.

Claire Armbruster

Claire Armbruster

Claire graduated from Baker College in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a Bath Design Certificate as well. She has always had a passion for design and thrives when she lets her creative side flow. Claire enjoys the challenge that comes with space planning and the satisfaction of transforming that space into something new and beautiful. Her favorite room to design is the bathroom. She has a strong background in the tile industry and creates unique, timeless spaces. Outside of work, Claire loves traveling. Italy, for the food, architecture, and stunning views, is her favorite destination.

Rollie Gaskstetter

Rollie Gaskstetter

Rollie is a veteran of the cabinetry business. He has lent his experience and carpentry skills working on custom built-ins and serving small, local businesses. Outside of work, Rollie spends time as a certified private pilot with several hundred hours of flight time under his belt. Someday, Rollie would like to visit Alaska for a front row seat to view the aurora borealis.

Andrea Richardson

Andrea Richardson

Andrea knew from a young age that she wanted to be an interior designer. Coming from a family of architects, builders and interior designers, her talent for design and aesthetics was recognized early. After graduating from Farmington High School, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University’s accredited Interior Design program. She has since worked in multiple disciplines in the residential design field and has 10 years of experience specializing in kitchen and bath design. In 2018, she co-founded an interior design company with her longtime friend. Since founding the company, Andrea had her first child and has taken a step back from her professional career to enjoy the early years of her daughter’s life. Andrea provides insight and guidance on many of the projects at Cabinet Creations and is the designer of our office and showroom renovation.

Kirk Richardson

Kirk Richardson

Kirk is an owner of Cabinet Creations. Kirk’s business career began when he started his first business after college in 2005. Since then, he has owned and operated multiple businesses. For Kirk there is no better feeling than looking at the group of people he is working with and really feeling like we are great at the thing we are doing. The aspect of business he enjoys most is building teams of people to be great at whatever the team is working at. Kirk is married to Andrea, and they have a young daughter together.
